Our B&B, Guest House, only occupied by guests, is comfortably furnished with antiques, special family pieces and original works of art. Five comfortable guest rooms, all centrally heated and all with warm and cold water wash hand basin, en-suite colour TV, radio and Tea/Coffee making facilities. There are 2 bathrooms with shower (one with bath), and 3 separate toilets only for our guests. Our rooms are special isolated from street noise.
N° 16 - Your Heerlen home where you will find yourself in an homely atmosphere of seclusion and comfort.Guest should bear in mind that this is not a purpose built Guest House and every bedroom is different in size and layout, some rooms could be interpreted as small, but then this is one of the characterics of a town house hotel.

Only 15 car minutes away from Maastricht, Margraten and Aachen and the "Maastricht-Aachen" Airport.
Valkenburg is only 10 minutes away.
Its location is unique, motorways or railway will bring you within one hour to the city's Cologne, Düsseldorf, Antwerp or Brussels.
The countryside of South-Limburg is beautiful, walking, biking take your pick it is all possible from your home N° 16 Guest House. Snowworld, Wereldtuinen Mondo Verde and the zoo Gaya Park is only 5 min. by car.
N° 16 Guest House is located at the border of the citycenter opposite the entrance of the Thermenmuseum, on walking distance to the Open Universiteit Nederland and the Hogeschool Zuyd. Theater Heerlen is only one block awayBy car: From the south A2 (Maastricht) take the A79 stay on till you see the sign "Thermen"" at the fire-stition.
From the south and west A4, E314 take N281 and from the north A2 direction Heerlen E314 than the N281 take exit "Maastricht"do not turn to Maastricht but take the opposite direction follow the brown signs "Thermen"By train: walk from train and bus station. Follow the white signs 'Thermenmuseum'.Only 5 mins.
